Please review and acknowledge the following before scheduling services.

• Services are performed by a licensed veterinary technician, including wellness checks, medication administration, wound care, and bandage changes.
   
• These services do not replace veterinary care. Pets requiring veterinary attention will be referred to a licensed veterinarian.
   

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed to secure your time.
   
• The Caring Technician reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
   

• Fees are based on selected services and may include travel or material costs.
   
• Payment is due at the time of service.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
   

• Owners must provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health and behavior.
   
• Services may be declined if a pet is unsafe or requires veterinary attention.
   

• All services are provided at the owner’s risk.
   
• The Caring Technician is not liable for pre-existing conditions or unforeseen complications.
   
• In emergencies, clients will be advised to contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
   

• Client and pet information is kept confidential and shared only with authorized parties or your veterinarian with consent.
